Scope of Application

EMA type lubricating grease pump is an electric lubrication pump with high pressure and small displacement for various small and medium-sized machinery. The product is widely used in engineering machinery, construction machinery, transportation vehicles, rubber machinery, light industry, forging and other machinery.

Performance and Features

1.The motor drives the reducer, and the reducer drives the eccentric wheel to make the plunger make linear reciprocating motion in the pump body to realize the oil suction and discharge process in turn.

2.There are 4 independent pumping units (4 ports), and can be arbitrarily selected (must be specified when ordering).

3.Pressure up to 25MPa, each outlet is equipped with a safety valve to prevent pressure overload of the pump unit.

4.can be used to form a progressive grease lubrication system with a progressive distributor as required.
