Scope of application

The EMCB lubrication pump is a small multi-outlet electric lubrication pump. The pump more than 4L oil pump with oil pressure plate, can transport high viscosity grease. Widely used in cranes, forging machine tools, mining machinery, cement machinery, engineering machinery, construction machinery, transportation vehicles, rubber machinery, light industry, environmental protection and other machinery. 

Performance and Features

• The motor drives the reducer, and the reducer drives the eccentric wheel to make the plunger make linear reciprocating movement in the pump body to realize the oil suction and discharge process in turn.

• There are 5 independent pump units (5 outlets), and can be arbitrarily selected (must be specified when ordering).

• Pressure up to 25MPa, each outlet is equipped with a safety valve to prevent overloading of the pumping unit.

• It can be combined with a progressive distributor to form a progressive grease lubrication system as required.

• Equipped with low liquid level switch to realize low liquid level alarm.

• A variety of volume tanks to choose from, tanks have metal and plastic tanks to choose from.

• The pump has its own controller, which can set the pump running and stopping according to the needs.
